A: PawEver Loved is an online store dedicated to helping pet parents honor and remember their beloved companions with meaningful, customizable memorial keepsakes.

Q: Do you offer personalized products?
A: Yes, most of our products can be customized with your pet’s name, dates, photo, or a special message. You’ll find personalization options on the product page.


📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process. Custom/personalized items may take 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide, including the US, UK, Australia, and more.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Expedited shipping (if available) may be offered at checkout.


🛠️ Customization & Product Info

Q: Can I preview my custom order before it's made?
A: Some products offer digital previews, but for most items, we carefully craft based on the details you provide. Please double-check your personalization info before checkout.

Q: What if I made a mistake on my personalization?
A: Contact us at info@paweverloved.com as soon as possible. If your item hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll try to correct it. Unfortunately, once it's made, changes aren’t possible.


💔 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: What about personalized items?
A: Personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
A: We’re so sorry. Please email us at info@paweverloved.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
