🐾 Customer Story: How We Honored Luna’s Memory

Luna was more than just a dog — she was family. A playful spirit with soulful eyes and a heart full of love, Luna brought light into the lives of everyone who knew her. When she passed, her family was devastated. But they found a way to keep her memory alive in a way that was both meaningful and healing.

This is their story.

🌙 A Bond That Couldn’t Be Broken

Luna had been with the Parker family for over 12 years. She was there when the kids took their first steps, during difficult times, and in every happy moment. Losing her felt like losing a part of their home.

"We didn’t want to just move on. Luna deserved to be remembered in a way that felt special," said Rachel, Luna’s mom.

🎁 Finding the Right Keepsake

Rachel found PawEver Loved while looking for a personalized way to honor Luna. She chose a custom engraved photo frame with Luna’s name, birthdate, and a quote: “Forever our moonlight.”

Alongside the frame, the family also created a paw print charm necklace that Rachel wears every day. It helps her feel close to Luna, even when she’s not physically there.

🌸 A Memory Corner at Home

The Parkers also set up a small memorial shelf in their living room. It includes Luna’s favorite toy, her collar, a candle, and the custom keepsakes they ordered. “Every time we walk by it, we smile. It reminds us that her spirit is still very much a part of our family.”

💬 Rachel’s Words to Others Grieving a Pet

“To anyone going through pet loss, I just want to say: take your time, feel everything, and honour your pet in your own way. Keepsakes don’t erase the pain, but they bring peace. For us, they turned tears into thankfulness.”

💛 Honouring Luna and All Beloved Pets

At PawEver Loved, we’re grateful to help families like the Parkers create lasting tributes for the pets who touched their hearts. Luna’s memory lives on not only in their home, but in every story we share.
